 | Grzegorz Onichimowski Graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in business management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Entrepreneur and manager with over 30 years of practice in the energy and IT sectors. Co-founder and long-time president (2002-2012) of the board of the Polish Power Exchange. Consultant to many companies in the energy sector in Poland, Europe and the USA. Between 2015 and 2019, he created the Gulf Cooperation Council countries' energy market as director of a project financed by 6 GCC countries in the regional transmission system operator, GCCIA. He has worked for, among others, the National Environmental Protection Agency, Columbus, and NODES - a European flexibility platform. Expert of the Civic Institute and co-author of the Civic Coalition's energy program. Lecturer at Collegium Civitas and other universities. President of the Management Board of PSE S.A. since March 1, 2024. |
 | Włodzimierz Mucha Włodzimierz Mucha graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Lublin University of Technology (majored in Power Engineering). Since the beginning of his professional career he has been associated with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne. He started his career in 2003 at PSE-Centrum, Generation and Transmission Programming Department – Area Dispatch Centre. In 2009 – 2010, he was Manager of the Analysis and Standards Division of the Development Planning Department. From December 2010, he served as Manager of the Planning Division of the System Development Department. In 2014 – 2018, he was Director of the System Development Department at PSE. Since 5 October 2018, he has also been in charge of PSE’s Central Investment Unit. As of 1 November 2018 he is entrusted with the responsibilities of Vice-President of the Management Board for System Development and Investment. |
 | Agnieszka Okońska Agnieszka Okońska graduated in economics from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also holds postgraduate degrees in accounting and finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, an MBA from the University of Finance and Administration in Warsaw, and a certification from the Florence School of Regulation. She is a manager with many years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in working for distribution system operators. Between September 2018 and December 2024, she has been a member of the Management Board of Stoen Operator (E.ON Group), where she was responsible for network asset management, metering data and meters, and IT projects. From 2013 to 2017, she served as the Director of the Finance and Regulation Division at Energa-Operator. Prior to that, she was the General Manager of the Gdansk branch at Energa from 2010. From 1997 to 2010, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the company operating the power grid at Zakład Energetyczny Płock. Member of the Management Board of PSE S.A. since January 1, 2025. |
 | Konrad Purchała PhD. Eng. Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He obtained his D.Eng from K.U. Leuven University in Belgium. He worked as a consultant in the area of energy markets at Tractebel Engineering, Power System Consulting (Engie group, formerly GdF-SUEZ), where he held managerial positions in large European energy R&D projects. He has been with PSE since 2009. In 2012, he became the director of the Energy Market Development Office. Subsequently, he became the deputy director of the International Cooperation Department and has been the director of the System Management Department since 2019. During his time at PSE, he twice served as chairman of the Market Committee within the association of European transmission system operators, ENTSO-E. Vice President of the Management Board of PSE S.A. since December 23, 2024. |
 | Tomasz Sikorski PhD. Eng. Graduated from the Electronics and Information Technology Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology at which he became M.Sc. in 1994 and the Doctor of Technical Sciences in 1999. Since 1999 associated with PSE S.A. Until 2015, he was involved in the designing and implementation of mechanism for balancing the Polish power system. From 2016, as the Vice-President of the Management Board, he supervised managing the operation of the national power system, providing transmission services and international cooperation. From January 2023 to March 2024, he served as President of the Management Board of PSE S.A. Member of the Management Board of PSE S.A. since December 31, 2015. |
 | Andrzej Zienkiewicz He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk and the IESE Business School in Barcelona (postgraduate studies). He has been closely associated with the energy sector for nearly 20 years. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and subsequently worked for Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining PSE, from 2020 to 2022, he was the CEO of Grupa Przemysłowa Baltic Sp. z o.o. and managed the capital group consisting of companies manufacturing wind towers, offshore substations, and offshore constructions. The Vice-President of the Management Board of PSE S.A. since 16 September 2022. |
