From 1^st July 2024 Ukrainian TSO – NPC Ukrenergo becomes party of Inter-TSO Compensation (ITC) mechanism specified in Article 49 of Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of The European Parliament and of The Council. In accordance with above, no market fee will be charged for settlement periods, starting from 1^st July 2024 (i.e. market fee due to nomination of transfer capacities of PSE and Ukrenergo on interconnections: Rzeszów-Khmelnytskyi and Zamość-Dobrotvir).

In case of Zamość-Dobrotvir interconnection, the rules set out in points 1-5 of chapter 11 of Rules for monthly auctions of transmission capacity on 220 kV line Zamość‑Dobrotwór - PSE S.A. and  NEK UKRENERGO cross border interconnection, organized unilaterally by PSE S.A. in 2024 cease to apply from 1^st July 2024 (i.e. market fee will not be charged due to nomination of transfer capacities allocated in monthly auctions starting from July 2024 Auction).
