Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna, acting as the operator within the Act of 8 December 2017 on Capacity Market (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1854, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), according to Section 5.2.2.3 of the Capacity Market Rules, announces:

• start date and time of the pre-auction for the main auction for delivery year 2027 for the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(1) of the Act – 25th August 2022 at 00:00,
• end date and time of the pre-auction for the main auction for delivery year 2027 for the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(1) of the Act – 25th August 2022 at 23:59.
• start date and time of the pre-auction for the main auction for delivery year 2027 for the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(2) of the Act – 25th August 2022 at 00:00,
• end date and time of the pre-auction for the main auction for delivery year 2027 for the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(2) of the Act – 25th August 2022 at 23:59.
• start date and time of the pre-auction for the main auction for delivery year 2027 for the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(3) of the Act – 25th August 2022 at 00:00,
• end date and time of the pre-auction for the main auction for delivery year 2027 for the zone, referred to in Article 6(6)(3) of the Act – 25th August 2022 at 23:59.

Announced pre-auctions concern the eligibility of physical cross-border units located in synchronous profile zone, Republic of Lithuania and Kingdom of Sweden to participate in the main auction for the delivery year 2027. In accordance with Article 4(2) of the Act, pre-auctions shall be conducted using dedicated IT system called “Portal Uczestnika Rynku Mocy” (https://purm.pse.pl).
